3. User Responsibilities

We do NOT claim ownership of your CV or use it for any purpose other than providing our Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including:

• Website design, text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software, code, and algorithms
• AI models and analysis methodologies
• Analysis reports and templates

are owned by Nnitiwe.io and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability at all times (maintenance may occur)
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

You acknowledge that AI-generated feedback is advisory, not definitive, and results may not reflect actual recruiter behavior.

7. Payment and Refunds

Basic CV analysis services are currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid services, pricing will be clearly displayed, and payments will be handled by secure third-party providers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.

CV Booster is operated from Nigeria. You are responsible for compliance with local laws if accessing from outside Nigeria.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control (acts of God, internet failures, etc).
