Important: CV Booster is an analytical and drafting tool, not a guarantee of employment. Our recommendations are suggestions based on AI analysis and industry best practices. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.
3. User Responsibilities

We do NOT claim ownership of your CV, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing our Service.

All content, features and functionality of the Service – including website design, text, graphics, logos, software, code, algorithms, AI methodologies, and report templates – are owned by The Nnitiwe Hub and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
5. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Availability at all times (maintenance may occur)
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers

6. AI and Analysis Accuracy
AI Limitations: Our Service uses third-party AI (large language model) technology which may:

- Not account for every industry-specific nuance
You acknowledge that AI-generated feedback is advisory, not definitive, and results may not reflect actual recruiter behaviour. You are responsible for reviewing any generated document before you use it.
7. Credits, Payment and Refunds
CV Booster uses a pay-as-you-go credit model. CV analysis is free, and new accounts receive free starter credits (including a first tailored CV at no cost). Additional generations consume credits, which you can purchase in packs. Prices are shown before purchase, and payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors – we do not store your full card details. Because credits deliver a digital service that is rendered immediately, purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated at the point of sale.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and the rights you have under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR ₦40,000 (OR ITS EQUIVALENT), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
14. International Use
CV Booster is operated from Nigeria. If you access the Service from outside Nigeria, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
