How the Algorithm Scores You

When you upload a resume, our engine doesn't just "read" text. It parses the document into structured data points and runs a semantic analysis against industry standards.

1. Semantic Relevance

Do you speak the industry language?

We map your skills against a vector database of job descriptions. If you say "managed servers" but the job asks for "AWS Cloud Orchestration," we flag the gap in terminology.

2. Impact Density

Are you doing or achieving?

We scan for "Action + Result" structures. A bullet point stating "Responsible for sales" scores low. "Increased sales by 20% via new CRM" scores high.

3. ATS Parseability

Can the machine read you?

We simulate older ATS systems. If your columns, icons, or fancy fonts break the text extraction, your score drops. This protects you from auto-rejection.

Common Questions on AI Ethics

Does the AI keep my data to train itself?
We employ strict data isolation. Your resume data is used solely to generate your documents. We do not use user data to train public models, ensuring your career history remains private.
Will ATS reject my CV if it's AI-generated?
Actually, the opposite is true. We generate the final PDF using LaTeX, which produces the cleanest, most machine-readable code structure possible. ATS systems prefer our format over complex Canva or Word designs.
How accurate is the scoring?
Our scoring is based on known heuristics used by major Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiter preferences (brevity, impact verbs, measurable results). It is a guideline to improve probability, not a guarantee of employment.
