This Partner Program Agreement ("Agreement") is between The Nnitiwe Hub, operator of CV Booster ("we", "us", "the Company"), and you, the applicant accepted into the Partner Program ("you", "the Partner"). By applying and being approved, you agree to these terms.
The Partner Program lets approved Partners earn cash commissions for referring new, paying users to CV Booster through a unique referral link. Participation is by application and manual approval; we may accept or decline any applicant at our discretion. The Program is currently open only to residents of Nigeria.
You earn 18% of the net revenue from qualifying purchases made by users you referred. "Net revenue" means the amount the referred user actually pays, minus payment-processor fees and minus any refunds or chargebacks. Commission accrues on a referred user's purchases for 24 months from that user's signup date, after which no further commission accrues for that user.
Commission is earned only when a referred user pays. Sign-ups, free usage, and self-made or fraudulent purchases do not qualify.
Each commission is held for 30 days after the purchase (to cover the refund and chargeback window) before it becomes "cleared" and payable. Once your cleared balance reaches the minimum of ₦30,000, you may request a payout.
Payouts are made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) by manual bank transfer to the account you provide. You are responsible for keeping your bank details accurate. Payouts are processed within 30 days of a valid request.
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive. We may request tax information and may withhold amounts where required by law.
If a purchase that generated a commission is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed. If it was already paid to you, we may deduct the amount from your future commissions.
You agree not to: refer yourself or accounts you control; use spam, misleading claims, paid search on our brand terms, or unauthorized advertising; misrepresent CV Booster; or attempt to manipulate the referral or commission system. Violations may result in withheld commissions and removal from the Program.
You may see limited, masked information about accounts you referred. You must not attempt to identify, contact, or misuse the data of referred users, and you must keep any non-public information about the Program confidential. You must handle all data in line with applicable data-protection law.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner (in the legal sense) of the Company. This Agreement creates no employment or joint-venture relationship.
We may update the Program terms, including the commission rate, going forward, with reasonable notice. Commissions already accruing within an active 24-month window at the time of a change will be honored under the terms in effect when they began. We may also pause or end the Program with notice.
Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, cleared commissions owed to you remain payable, subject to these terms; unqualified or fraudulent amounts do not.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this Agreement is limited to commissions properly owed to you. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled in Abuja, Nigeria.
